Endeavoring for all round development

Gwalior Development Authority upholds the mission of all round development of city in all parameters. The organization began its journey from a small institution known as Nagar Sudhar Nyas and during the period of over 50 years developed many commercial and well planned residential projects in the city.
To name a few, Shatabdipuram is the largest housing project of G.D.A. which covers nearly 10000 residential plots encompassing 2,396,914 sqr.mt. of developed land. Similarly, Transport Nagar developed on Agra –Bombay national highway is another mega commercial project of G.D.A., which is a center point of transportation activities and facilitates convenient traffic transition inside the city. With a view to provide time bound services to our beneficiaries, citizen‘s charter is strictly complied within the organization and our esteemed beneficiaries are provided services in accordance with the prescribed time schedule in it.
The organization has consistently been trying to redress housing problem of the city. With this view a number of multistoried flats and duplex housing projects are being run in different parts of the city by G.D.A. We have currently planned three multistoried housing cum commercial projects under redensification scheme of the government at a place which is almost heart of the city. These projects, when executed, will be immensely beneficial for the citizens.
As Gwalior has been inducted in smart cities of India, our responsibilities have also grown manifold with a view to well planned development of the city and we are getting ready to ensure our participation in that process. I wish to thank all our scheme’s beneficiaries who reposed their faith in our projects and gave us their warm support and my belief is that we will continue to get their support in future too.
